Getting away for New Year's is one of the best things you can do for yourself, and my experience was memorable. the location was perfect , situated amongst the Austrian alps. You can enjoy the breath, taking views right from your balcony. the staff were so welcoming and friendly. the spa services were second to none, and I loved the sauna and jacuzzi.
The customer service at the front desk. It wasn't very efficient, and their phone constantly rang.

Located in the heart of the Austrian Alps, this small hotel offers breathtaking views of the mountains and a warm, cozy environment. The sauna was a highlight of my stay, providing ultimate relaxation after a day of outdoor activities. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home.
The receptionist was often unavailable, leaving me feeling unappreciated as a guest. Check-in took longer than expected due to her being on the phone constantly.
